Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling a wide range of inquiries and issues related to flight bookings, cancellations, modifications, and general queries. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely information to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assisting customers in navigating arenaflex's website and mobile app, resolving issues related to ticketing, baggage, refunds, and loyalty program accounts
  • Documenting customer interactions and updating records in compliance with company policies
  • Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently
  • Providing exceptional service to customers, building strong relationships and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a strong skillset in the following areas:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry
