Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced live chat support agent to join our team on a part-time basis. As a live chat support agent, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to customers via live chat, addressing and resolving customer complaints and issues promptly, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex products and services. Responsibilities

As a live chat support agent at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing real-time assistance to customers via live chat, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Addressing and resolving customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the service they receive.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex products and services, including their features, benefits, and usage.
  • Accurately documenting chat interactions and customer feedback, ensuring that all relevant information is recorded and stored securely.
