Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales goals. You'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and promoting our products. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions, ensuring a positive experience for every customer

  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for cleanliness and visual merchandising
  • Restock store items as directed by the Store Manager or customer needs, ensuring a seamless shopping experience
  • Sell to every customer, regardless of their purchase, promoting arenaflex's products and services
  • Perform all duties related to serving customers, including handling cash transactions, processing returns, and resolving customer complaints
  • Provide training assistance to new Customer Service Representatives, sharing your knowledge and expertise
  • Submit grocery orders for approval to the Store Manager, ensuring accurate and timely ordering
  • Create visually attractive displays for our customers, showcasing our products in a compelling and appealing way
  • Review, complete, and suggest changes to build-to's, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information
  • Provide feedback on the fast food service area of the store, contributing to continuous improvement
  • Complete reports assigned by the Store Manager, including shift close-out reports and sales data
  • Accept applications from potential employees, promoting arenaflex as an employer of choice
  • Follow company procedures when working with vendors, including checking in orders and verifying quantities
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, upholding arenaflex's values and standards
  • Prepare and finalize shift close-out reports, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
  • Inspect store facilities and equipment for safety, cleanliness, and proper working order, identifying areas for improvement
  • Complete all price changes and promotional price changes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date pricing
  • Document and report safety incidents or injuries, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
  • Document and report maintenance requests, ensuring prompt and effective maintenance

Requirements:

* Minimum Qualifications and Prerequisites: + High School diploma or GED preferred + Outstanding customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences + Reliable transportation and a commitment to arriving on time + Positive attitude and a willingness to promote arenaflex as a brand + Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software + Well-organized and able to manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines + Good people interaction skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues + Availability to work a flexible schedule, including all shifts and days of the week, with the possibility of exceeding 40 hours per week during peak periods

Essential Skills and Competencies:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash transactions and process returns
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and bending
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment
