Schedule & Compensation
Our Customer Service Representatives work a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a competitive hourly rate starting at $22 per hour and regular wage increases. Key Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Fielding calls from customers and resolving issues related to service or billing in a timely and professional manner
- Demonstrating a deep understanding of arenaflex's business and services to effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Working collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer disputes and improve customer satisfaction
- Effectively communicating with customers and internal stakeholders to gather information, resolve issues, and promote arenaflex's products and services
- Adjusting complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation
- Interviewing customers, recording interview information into computer systems, and soliciting sales of new or additional services
- Filling out contract forms, determining charges for service requested, collecting deposits, preparing change of address records, and issuing discontinuance orders
- Demonstrating effective use of software applications, including MS Word and Excel, and other proprietary operational systems
- Delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, cooperative, and high-call-volume environment
- Covering the reception desk when necessary
Working Conditions & Physical Effort
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work in an office setting with a clean, well-ventilated, and well-lit environment. You'll have your own workstation or cubicle space, equipped with a telephone, headset, and computer. The work environment can be noisy, and you may experience repetitive and stressful situations, but we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee well-being.
Minimum Job Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- The ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish (bilingualism is a must)
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Email (typing and 10-key skills are required)
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- The ability to analyze and solve problems, gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
