The Role
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in helping us transform our Voice of the Customer (VOC) analytics and insights capabilities. You'll work closely with our product and process owners, technical teams, and Agile crew to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping us leverage our large data platform, Cornerstone, to gain deeper insights into customer behavior and preferences.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with utility teams to outline, build, and capture business needs for VOC methods and data analytics
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of VOC methods and leverage them to inform data analytics and insights
- Design and build robust data model architecture to support high-performance data processing and standardized metric definitions
- Develop and implement large-scale data analytics and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python)
- Provide guidance on optimizing data processing and analytics capabilities to drive efficiency and innovation
- Develop and maintain software programs, tools, and automation scripts to support data analytics and insights
- Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve productivity and efficiency
- Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review data for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique
Essential Qualifications
* 3+ years of hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting for data-driven tasks
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working with product owners, technical teams, and Agile crew
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and delivery principles, including small increments of product delivery at regular intervals to business groups
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and develop data-driven solutions
- Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and data analytics tools and technologies
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with large-scale data analytics and batch/real-time analytical solutions
- Familiarity with transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python)
- Experience with data visualization tools and technologies
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms and services
