Key Responsibilities:
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing and completing Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by our clients
- Primary work will involve application data entry, vendor resource verifications, board certifications, and following up with various state boards for statuses
- Timely and quality execution of tasks, adhering to high standards of quality control
- Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless execution of tasks and resolving any issues that may arise

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills: You'll be working with clients and team members, so strong communication skills are essential.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week: You'll need to be available to work a standard full-time schedule, with flexibility to adjust as needed.
- Experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales or customer service experience: While not required, this experience will be beneficial in understanding the importance of quality execution and customer satisfaction.
- Adaptability and flexibility: You'll need to be able to work with process and information changes, and adapt to new situations as they arise.
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team: You'll need to be comfortable working independently, but also be willing to collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals.
- Stable internet connection: You'll need a reliable internet connection to perform your duties.
- Computer-savvy candidate: You'll need to be comfortable using technology and have basic computer skills.
