Job Summary
As a Client Care Guide at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients navigate our pharmacy services and achieve better overall health. This is a remote position, and you'll be working from the comfort of your own home. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to providing top-tier customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities
* Help clients and other counselors via telephone, email, and online with billing/insurance checks, products, or service questions
- Oversee both inbound and outbound calls
- Proactively identify answers to questions you expect our clients to have in every interaction
- Adopt an empathetic approach to resolving each issue, from start to finish or escalating to pharmacy specialists and pharmacy staff if clinical advice is required
- Provide exceptional customer service experience to our clients while working in a fast-paced environment
- Assist with responding to client requests regarding their insurance and copays, as needed

- Serve clients promptly to ensure we're building a long-term relationship with them

Essential Qualifications
* Currently reside within the province of Arizona to qualify for this position
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
- Knowledge of pharmacy operations and procedures
- Familiarity with Amazon's pharmacy services and policies
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Experience working with customers with diverse backgrounds and needs
