Key Responsibilities:

Ideal Candidate:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
- A passion for working in a remote environment, with a stable work history and a commitment to providing outstanding support.
- Previous experience in positions such as customer service representative, call center representative, or similar roles is preferred.
- A high school diploma or GED and authorization to work in the United States.
- Flexibility for occasional mandatory overtime, especially during outages, to ensure our customers receive the support they need.
