Job Summary

As a Remote Sales Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for selling shipping containers to customers via our software platform. You'll work with customers from around the world, responding to their inquiries, following up with them, and encouraging them to place an order. You'll have the opportunity to close sales directly on the chat and send invoices from our system. Our sales team is supported by a dedicated sales manager who will follow up with customers via phone calls to ensure a smooth sales process.

Key Responsibilities

* Advertise and sell shipping containers using our software platform

  • Respond to customers via chat, following up with them and encouraging them to place an order
  • Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices from our system
  • Work with a sales manager to follow up with customers via phone calls
  • Participate in daily training sessions to improve sales skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with mentors and a Q&A group to achieve sales goals

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in a remote or customer-facing role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in using technology, including software and online platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in sales or customer-facing roles in the shipping or logistics industry

  • Familiarity with CRM software and online sales platforms
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Ability to speak multiple languages
