Job Summary

As a Live Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers seeking information about our services, scheduling appointments, and resolving issues. You'll be responsible for providing accurate and timely information, documenting customer interactions, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or personnel. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our services via online chat, ensuring a positive and professional experience for each interaction.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent, with a proven track record of success in a customer service role, preferably in a live chat or online support environment.

  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively.
