Job Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Live Chat Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via live chat platforms, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in real-time. This is a part-time opportunity that offers flexibility in hours and the chance to earn extra income.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service via live chat platforms, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in real-time - Interact with visitors to our clients' websites via Live Chat software on a daily basis - Deal with a large number of information requests, remaining calm under pressure while providing enthusiastic customer service - Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and helpful responses - Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues in real-time - Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately and efficiently process customer inquiries - Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team - Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment - Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication - Familiarity with live chat software and customer service platforms - Strong knowledge of customer service principles and best practices - Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement
