Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative for Retail Vehicle Sales Support, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
  • Resolving customer concerns, issues, and disputes in a timely and professional manner
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and text messages related to rental sales and sales processes
  • Coordinating with Maintenance and Asset Management to ensure rental truck inventory levels meet customer demands
  • Managing workflow and productivity through effective scheduling and planning
  • Generating purchase/repair orders and maintaining accurate files
  • Contributing to cost containment through inventory planning and warranty management
  • Ensuring compliance with all company, local, state, federal, and other regulatory agencies' policies
  • Performing other duties as assigned

  • High level of energy and self-motivation
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments
  • Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
  • Demonstrates customer service skills

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • One (1) year or more in sales and/or customer service required

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:
