Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients and stakeholders. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, resolve customer inquiries, and provide exceptional support to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders via phone, email, and chat

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
