Your Impact

As a Customer Service and Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds and industries. Your role will be to:

  • Field Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer questions, issues, and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Connect with Customers: Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, social media, and other channels to resolve their queries and concerns.
  • Resolve Issues: Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise, providing a positive experience for every customer.
  • Escalate Interactions: Know when to escalate interactions to ensure that every customer receives the support they need.
  • Track Call Information: Record and track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Provide Feedback: Share feedback on call issues to help us improve our services.
  • Upsell: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • IT/Network Certifications/Degrees: IT or network certifications/degrees are preferred but not required.
  • Age: You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
  • Call Center Experience: Proven experience in a call center environment is essential.
  • Typing Speed: A typing speed of 25 WPM is required.
  • PC Operation and Navigation: Proficiency in PC operation and navigation is necessary.
  • Network Troubleshooting: Entry-level network troubleshooting skills are required.
  • Home Wi-Fi Setup: Ability to set up home Wi-Fi networks is essential.
  • Router/switch Configuration: Ability to set up and configure routers or switches is required.
  • Computer Proficiency: Core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer is necessary.
  • Independence: You must be able to work independently in a virtual team environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are required.
  • Composure: Ability to stay composed and objective in a fast-paced environment is essential.
  • Listening Skills: Strong listening skills are necessary to understand customer needs and concerns.
