Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Online Chat Representative/ Live Chat Agent to join our remote-based team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service standards and advice to our clients, resolving their enquiries, complaints, and other service-related issues. If you're a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as the primary point of contact and deliver exceptional service standards and advice to clients for their enquiries, complaints, and other service-related issues.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to solve client issues and resolve customer inquiries and requests.
  • Perform root cause analysis of issues and non-compliance of service levels, and work with various stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop account plans to enhance service delivery and work with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
  • Escalate customer feedback as required and handle inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and requests and ensure strong customer satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Online Chat Representative/ Live Chat Agent who can deliver exceptional service standards and advice to our clients. If you have:

  • At least 1 year experience within a Client Services or Customer Service role, ideally within the Telecommunications industry.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
  • The ability to work as a strong team player and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • The ability to build high-performing teams and mentor/coach others.
