Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibility will be to engage in live chat sessions on Facebook Messenger, addressing customer inquiries and providing helpful responses. You will be expected to:

  • Engage in live chat sessions on Facebook Messenger, responding to customer inquiries and providing helpful solutions
  • Undergo basic training to get you up to speed with our processes and platforms
  • Manage your schedule effectively, committing to at least 5 hours of work per week
  • Rate: $35 per hour
