Job Responsibilities:

As a Manager, Analytics at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the development and implementation of our paid media examination capability to surface data-driven key opportunities for the Chief Initiative group
• Collaborating with marketing groups to identify ways to optimize the efficiency of our paid media spend and develop insightful reports and analyses to inform decision-making
• Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our paid media spend and performance metrics, including KPIs and scorecards
• Creating and disseminating custom detailing and analyses to inform paid media strategy and drive results
• Identifying areas for improvement and developing recommendations to optimize paid media spend and performance
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions to business problems
• Developing and maintaining a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, mathematics, statistics, or computer science

• 2+ years of experience in a data analysis or analytics role, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in data analysis and reporting
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business, mathematics, statistics, or computer science

• 3+ years of experience in a data analysis or analytics role, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency
• Experience with data visualization tools and software, such as Power BI or D3.js
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and tools, such as Marketo or Pardot
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques
