Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing all available resources to research and resolve customer concerns, including account issues, product information, and technical support
- Logging incoming calls and interactions in our Call Manager and Cisco Finesse systems
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless customer experiences
- Encouraging customers to enroll in Mobile and Internet Banking services, and assisting with resets and issues
- Providing payment service information for Pay my Loan and researching transactions on debit and credit cards
- Maintaining a genuine concern for resolving customer concerns and handling customer requests with tact and skill
- Performing other related duties as required to ensure exceptional customer experiences
What You'll Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of previous experience in a Contact Center or Customer Service environment
- Previous work experience in a financial institution is preferred
- Knowledge of telecommunications systems and exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to diagnose, resolve, or escalate critical situations
- Excellent reading and comprehension skills, including policies, procedures, regulations, instructions, correspondences, and memos
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including evenings, weekends, and rotating shifts
