Experienced Account Associate - Customer Service Onsite Roles at arenaflex
At arenaflex, we're passionate about empowering our employees to create meaningful connections with our customers. As part of our Team of Experts, you'll focus on a specific customer base, allowing you to own relationships, solve problems proactively, and make an impact. We pioneered this approach because we believe customers deserve a better experience led by empowered individuals who take ownership. And it makes us happy to work together this way, too.
Careers, Not Jobs
You'll start as an Account Associate, collaborating in an onsite, high-energy team environment that helps you learn, grow, and develop leadership skills from day one. With training and a structured ramp-up period, you'll be set up for success in your new role. In as little as five months, you can take the next step to Expert, where you will lead customer experiences with confidence, drive resolutions, and help shape the future of arenaflex service.
Better Life, Better Pay
It takes mastery to be part of the arenaflex Customer Care team, and our compensation reflects that. As an Expert, you'll start by earning $20.50 per hour, with most new Experts earning over $22 per hour through base pay and incentive bonuses. Plus, enjoy an annual $3,000 stock grant, tuition assistance, and a suite of financial, health, and lifestyle benefits—all designed to invest in your career and future growth.
