Key Responsibilities

As a customer support representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers through phone, email, or chat to resolve inquiries and provide solutions
  • Providing accurate and timely information on products, orders, and policies
  • Handling customer complaints, concerns, and escalations with professionalism
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to offer personalized support

Requirements
