Role Overview

As a Live Chat Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, helping customers navigate our online chat platform with ease. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their shipment tracking, delivery inquiries, and other FedEx-related services. This role requires a positive attitude, excellent typing skills, and the ability to multitask effectively while offering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers via live chat: Provide support for shipment tracking, delivery statuses, and billing inquiries, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate information. - Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently: Utilize arenaflex's internal systems to resolve customer issues, escalating them as necessary to ensure complete customer satisfaction. - Maintain a friendly and professional tone: Ensure that all written communication is friendly, professional, and respectful, reflecting positively on arenaflex's brand. - Accurately document all customer interactions: Document all customer interactions for follow-up and quality control purposes, ensuring that customer feedback is captured and acted upon. - Escalate issues as necessary: Escalate issues to ensure complete customer satisfaction, working closely with other teams to resolve complex customer concerns.

Qualifications
