Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Overseeing key daily Customer Service tasks, ensuring timely and accurate completion of customer service and order processing duties
  • Managing Order Entry, Invoicing, and Timely Order Delivery processes
  • Building strong and cohesive relationships with customers, promoting teamwork and collaboration
  • Serving as an escalation resource for customer complaint and order issue investigations and resolutions
  • Ensuring consistent and timely availability of requested daily activity/sales reports
  • Developing and maintaining thorough knowledge of EDI portals and other order processing/handling tools
  • Remaining knowledgeable and up-to-date on product changes and developments
  • Continually building good customer relations and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A solid work ethic and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • An approachable, pleasant, and team-oriented attitude
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and EDI processes and portal tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 1+ years' of customer service experience

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
