Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Overseeing key daily Customer Service tasks, ensuring timely and accurate completion of customer service and order processing duties
- Managing Order Entry, Invoicing, and Timely Order Delivery processes
- Building strong and cohesive relationships with customers, promoting teamwork and collaboration
- Serving as an escalation resource for customer complaint and order issue investigations and resolutions
- Ensuring consistent and timely availability of requested daily activity/sales reports
- Developing and maintaining thorough knowledge of EDI portals and other order processing/handling tools
- Remaining knowledgeable and up-to-date on product changes and developments
- Continually building good customer relations and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Performing other duties as assigned by the manager
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A solid work ethic and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- An approachable, pleasant, and team-oriented attitude
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and EDI processes and portal tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 1+ years' of customer service experience
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
