Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support through phone, chat, and/or email, addressing a wide range of queries and concerns.
• Use various tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, ensuring accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
• Communicate effectively with customers, using a friendly and customer-focused approach to resolve issues and prevent escalations.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support experiences.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed and accurate support.

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum age: 18 years old
• Right to work in India
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
• Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours
• Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
• Quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
• Minimum broadband connection of 100MB download speed and 20MB upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience (not required, but a plus)
• Knowledge of arenaflex products and services (training provided)
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
• Comfortable with technology and software applications
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
