Key Responsibilities:

As a No Phone Customer Support Representative – Entry Level (Remote), you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to live chat messages on arenaflex's website or social media accounts, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries
  • Answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts to drive engagement and sales
  • Utilizing provided steps and instructions to ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Working independently to manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through active listening and problem-solving skills

Essential Qualifications:

* Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • 5+ hours availability per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or social media setting

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products or services
  • Experience with live chat software and social media platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box
