We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Virtual Data Entry Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our data management team, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting and updating data into arenaflex's databases and systems. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently and accurately will be crucial in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

About the Role

As an Administrative Virtual Data Entry Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including:

  • Accurately and efficiently inputting and updating data into arenaflex's databases and systems
  • Managing and growing arenaflex's social media presence across all platforms
  • Creating and scheduling engaging content, implementing social media campaigns, and analyzing and reporting on the performance of social media efforts
  • Providing support to managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing general administrative activities
  • Answering and directing phone calls, organizing and scheduling appointments, planning meetings, and taking detailed minutes
  • Writing and distributing email, correspondence memos, and preparing regularly scheduled reports
  • Developing and maintaining a filing system, transferring data from paper formats into computer files or database systems, and creating spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
  • Verifying data by comparing it to source documents, updating existing data, retrieving data from the database or electronic files as requested, and performing regular backups to ensure data preservation
  • Maintaining contact lists, submitting and reconciling expense reports, providing general support to visitors, and acting as the point of contact for internal and external clients

Essential Qualifications

* High School or College degree

  • Strong computer literacy skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to type 45 WPM
  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
  • Basic understanding of databases
  • Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's industry
  • Previous experience as a Secretary or Executive Administrative Assistant
  • Knowledge of touch typing system
  • Experience with social media marketing and data analytics
