Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Wholesale Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting wholesale customers in placing orders, correcting billing errors, and problem-solving
- Assisting other clerks in the wholesale sales department as needed
- Issuing customer credits accurately and on a timely basis
- Inputting retail prices for wholesale accounts
- Inputting, printing, and distributing ad plans for assigned stores and/or groups
- Reviewing all customer pricing, credits, and commitments for accuracy
- Assisting in inputting ad pricing for wholesale customers
- Placing commitments to buyers as requested by the wholesale customers
- Controlling mail and general information distribution to customers
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a wholesale or sales environment
- 1-2 years of clerical experience, general office work experience, or a related field
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Previous experience in a wholesale or sales environment
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
