Responsibilities

As an Experienced Relationship Development Specialist, you'll play a critical role in identifying and engaging businesses in need of corporate solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and engaging businesses in need of corporate solutions through digital platforms, including chat, email, and video calls
• Building long-term relationships with key decision-makers and company executives, providing expert advice and creating opportunities for both clients and your own success
• Staying informed about changes in business regulations and market trends, ensuring you're always up-to-date on the latest industry developments
• Using technology to assess client needs and suggest customized solutions, leveraging your knowledge of commercial financial products and regulatory requirements
• Educating clients on available tools and self-service resources, ensuring seamless client onboarding and digital applications management
• Collaborating with internal teams to enhance the online client experience, driving innovation and excellence in all aspects of client engagement

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field (preferred)

Compensation and Benefits
