Experienced Customer Service and Office Manager – Fashion Industry Professional

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our clients. - Manage the day-to-day operations of our office, including administrative tasks, scheduling, and record-keeping. - Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our brand, products, and services to effectively communicate with customers and team members. - Collaborate with our design team to stay up-to-date on new collections, fabrics, and styles, enabling you to provide informed and enthusiastic product knowledge. - Assist with visual merchandising, including window displays, store layouts, and product arrangements. - Manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining accurate records. - Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. - Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among team members. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve our operations and customer experience.
Essential Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, office management, or a related field. - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, team members, and vendors. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
