Job Description: Part-Time Customer Service Representative

As a part-time customer service representative, you'll be responsible for connecting with customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be the voice of arenaflex, helping customers with their queries and concerns, and collaborating with our vendors and sellers to provide excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Use various communication channels to assist arenaflex customers, including phone, email, or chat

  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Create resolutions for customers by solving their issues and escalating matters to the relevant arenaflex departments when necessary
  • Collaborate with arenaflex vendors and sellers to support and improve customer service
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize customer service responsibilities
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products, services, and policies and be able to advise customers on their inquiries
  • Work independently while connecting with the team remotely

Qualifications:

* Minimum High School diploma or equivalent

  • Professional experience in customer service (preferably in an e-commerce setting)
  • Great communicator with excellent listening, verbal, and writing skills in English
  • Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays on a shift schedule basis, overtime as needed
  • Proficient in navigating multiple computer systems and software while communicating with customers
  • Ability to work independently while connecting with the team remotely
