Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist / Typist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, using our SDU (State Price Unit) system and following standard procedures
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Staying up-to-date with company policies and procedures, and adhering to data security and confidentiality protocols
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Working independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision
  • Meeting deadlines and delivering results in a timely and efficient manner

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong typing skills and accuracy
