Qualified Candidates:
* Possess a high school diploma (or equivalent) and have previous retail or sales experience, with a preference for those who have worked in the wellness industry
- Are critical thinkers with exceptional multitasking, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Possess natural people skills, with the ability to establish positive relationships with guests and colleagues alike
- Are supporters of total body care, with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services, and a passion for helping others achieve their wellness goals
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels valued, understood, and empowered to take control of their wellness journey
- Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the arenaflex Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
- Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions in a timely and professional manner
- Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth
- Maintain the clinic through upkeep, cleaning, and preparations for your team, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for all guests
