Experienced Customer Service Manager – Retail Environment Leader

What You'll Do:
As an Experienced Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and engaging collaboratively with employees to create a positive and inclusive work environment
- Managing lottery machines, issuing gift cards, selling stamps, and maintaining the bottle return room (where applicable)
- Administering the Shopper's Club program, checking out customers as necessary, performing refunds and exchanges, and upholding company policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Quickly identifying and providing solutions or resources to assist customers, and managing employee performance and development by providing resources, training, and feedback
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and a cohesive customer experience
- Analyzing customer feedback and making recommendations to improve our services and products
Required Qualifications:
* 1 or more years of work experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other retail software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, employees, and other stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience leading a team and managing employee performance and development
- Passion and expertise in relevant products or services
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new situations and technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Experience working in a retail environment, with knowledge of industry trends and best practices
