Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative in our airport operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across various touchpoints, including rental and return processes. You will be responsible for assisting customers in different parts of the rental or return process, checking cars, processing rentals, and providing excellent customer service while working outdoors on our airport lots.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in different parts of the rental or return process, including checking cars, processing rentals, and providing excellent customer service - Check-in and check-out cars, process rentals, and assist customers at our exit gates or return areas - Enter information in a handheld device and process transactions accurately and efficiently - Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives - Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For
- Valid Driver's License - Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry - Effective verbal communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues - Willingness to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment - Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays - Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods - Ability to drive a variety of vehicles - Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States - This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely - 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus!
