Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients' customers. You'll be the go-to person for customers seeking support with their streaming services, providing solutions to resolve billing issues, troubleshoot errors and concerns, and guide customers to the products and services that will best meet their entertainment needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide inbound customer care, primarily over the phone and email, to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Utilize your expertise in streaming support to troubleshoot technical issues, resolve billing concerns, and provide product recommendations
- Build rapport with customers through active listening and empathetic communication
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns as needed
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and quality scores

Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service and sales, preferably in a call center or remote work environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with streaming services and devices, including operating systems, routers, and other home networking terminology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and creatively
Requirements for Remote Work:
* Reliable high-speed internet connection with upload speeds of at least 2 MBPS and download speeds of at least 10 MBPS
- A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work with a hard-wired internet connection
- A dedicated workspace with minimal background noise and interruptions
- A headset or other noise-cancelling equipment to ensure clear and professional communication
