Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Chat Agent. As a Chat Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and guidance to help them resolve their queries and issues. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product information to our customers. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers through various communication channels, including chat, email, and phone.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide product information and guidance to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products and services to provide accurate and informed responses to customers.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.

Education and Experience

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service.

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technology or retail environment.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or chat environment.

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services.
  • Experience with sales and marketing principles and practices.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
