Job Overview

As a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in helping customers resolve subscription issues, product access, and general support queries through our browser-based platform. This is a typing-only role, with no voice or phone calls required. You'll work independently, following templates and support scripts to deliver fast, helpful, and on-brand responses. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

- Respond to customer questions through our live chat dashboard, providing clear and concise answers that resolve their issues. - Assist with login issues, order confirmations, account updates, and billing, using saved responses and written workflows to stay on-brand. - Flag complex tech or billing issues for escalation, ensuring that customers receive the support they need. - Track and tag each interaction clearly and accurately, maintaining a professional and solution-focused tone in all responses. - Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless support experiences, leveraging our knowledge base and resources to resolve customer queries.

Pay & Schedule Details

- Starting rate: $25 per hour, with opportunities for raises to $30-$35 per hour based on performance and QA scores. - Flexible shifts: Select your shifts weekly, working as little as 15 or as much as 40 hours per week. - Blocks available: 24/7, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Training Path

- Onboarding videos: Complete 2 hours of comprehensive onboarding videos to understand our platform and processes. - Practice chat sessions: Participate in practice chat sessions with templates to hone your skills. - Live supervised shift: Complete one live supervised shift with feedback to ensure you're ready to go live. - Go live within 3-5 business days: Start working independently within 3-5 business days of completing your training.
