What You'll Do in This Role

As a French-speaking Customer Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the Inbound Sales Tech Industry. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Taking incoming user requests via telephone, email, chat, and providing response and resolution within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to customers.
• Aiming for the highest Customer Satisfaction Survey scores by actively updating customers with status and resolution progress reports.
• Delivering high-caliber Customer Service on post-sales requests, including delivery, warranties, and refunds.
• Providing inbound sales support and product selling to increase revenue while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Achieving sales goals set up every quarter while providing an excellent customer experience.
• Logging and following up on orders or requests.
• Capturing all required data elements in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system as required by clients, policies, and products.

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

• A high level of French (oral and written) and proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication skills, coupled with empathy and team spirit.
• The ability to adapt to unplanned situations in a methodical and organized way.
• Strong customer service-oriented skills.
