Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service & Office Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences that exceed our clients' expectations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries on the telephone and by email, providing timely and accurate information to resolve their queries.
- Problem-Solving & Order Processing: Utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues, while also processing orders and communicating with internal departments to ensure seamless execution.
- Scheduling Services: Schedule services and coordinate schedules with the Install Department to ensure timely and efficient delivery of our home organizing systems.
- Updating Customer Files: Update customer files with all interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as resolutions.
- Follow-Up & Resolution: Follow up with customers to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve their problems and ensure their satisfaction.
Key Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience in an office setting, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Phone Etiquette: Proper phone etiquette, with the ability to handle multiple calls and interactions simultaneously.
- Customer Relations Management Software: Prior exposure to and use of Customer Relations Management Software (CRM).
- Home Improvement Industry Experience: Previous customer service experience with a home improvement company is a plus!
