Experienced Operations Team Member – Vacation Rental Management, Customer Service, and Bookkeeping (Contract to Hire)

Job Summary
We are seeking two part-time Operations Team Members to join our team, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time positions. As an Operations Team Member, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of our vacation rental properties, including reservation check-ins, cleaning schedules, guest communication, and more. This is a fast-paced and growth-oriented role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage reservation check-ins, including coordinating with guests, cleaners, and property owners
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and communicate with cleaners regarding pay and instructions
- Handle guest damage claims, restocking orders, and pool/pet fee requests
- Provide exceptional guest communication, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues
- Assist with lease agreement writing, refunds, and repair scheduling for vacation rental homes
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless guest experience and continuous improvement of our services
- Participate in weekly meetings to discuss progress, share best practices, and address challenges
Schedule and Training
* The initial training period will be 7 days, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM EST, with a focus on teaching you the skills and knowledge required for success in this role.
- After the training period, you will be expected to work a flexible schedule, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, as well as one other weekday.
- The pay rate will increase to $4-6 per hour after the initial training period.

Requirements
* Reliable and fast-speed internet access (at least 10 Mbps download speed)
- Ability to make USA phone calls and use W-app
- Two-screen monitor setup
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and consistent availability during work hours
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in customer service, operations, or a related field
- Knowledge of vacation rental management or property management software
- Familiarity with W-app and Vonage account management
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
