Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling customer inquiries regarding products, services, pricing, and order statuses with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Processing customer orders efficiently and ensuring all details are correctly entered into the system.
  • Investigating and resolving customer concerns, including order discrepancies, and preparing quality assurance reports as needed.
  • Collaborating with production teams to align schedules and ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
  • Facilitating clear and effective communication with internal teams and external customers.
  • Providing support for shipping and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assisting in scheduling appointments and maintaining organized records.
  • Cross-training in related areas to provide backup support when necessary.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned to contribute to team success.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a contract-to-permanent role or a similar flexible work arrangement.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific products and services.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages.
