As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:- Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries
- Providing excellent customer service through active listening
- Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
- Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive
- Appropriately communicating with customers
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Providing feedback on call issues
- Upselling if required
Qualifications
We're looking for fearless people – people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do. To be successful in this role, you will need:- To be Bilingual (English and Spanish fluent)
- To be able to work remotely in a virtual team environment
- At least 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
- To be over 18 years of age
- To be able to type 25 wpm
- To have a High School Graduate or GED
- To be comfortable with desktop computer systems
- To have proven oral and written communication skills
- To have logical problem-solving skills
- To be able to navigate Windows operating systems
- To have organization and work prioritization skills
Work from Home Requirements
To work from home, you will need to meet the following requirements:- Internet Requirements:
- Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 15.0 Mbps
- Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps
- ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
- Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P or VPN
- Proof of internet speed required
