  • Responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with the arenaflex team to develop and implement effective social media strategies
  • Monitoring and analyzing social media metrics to inform future content and engagement initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and oversee social media interactions for multiple clients across various platforms

Requirements:

  • Basic English writing skills
  • No previous experience in live chat or social media management required; comprehensive training will be provided at the start
