Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist for voice and chat account, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers via voice calls and/or chat, ensuring that all interactions are handled in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing prompt, courteous, and professional service to all clients, addressing their concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department, ensuring that all clients receive the support they need.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and transactions, using our customer support software to track and analyze data.
  • Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve our support processes.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicating these to the team, driving continuous improvement and innovation in our support services.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Native Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communication), with a strong foundation in customer support principles and practices.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support experiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using customer support software (e.g. Gorgias, etc.), with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
