Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers through various communication channels, including chat, email, and phone. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Key Responsibilities

* Provide world-class customer service to arenaflex customers through various communication channels such as chat, email, and phone.

  • Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, refunds, and more.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of arenaflex's policies and products to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets related to response times, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective solutions to customer issues.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

* Strong communication skills and proficiency in written and spoken English.

  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable with using various computer programs and systems, including our proprietary customer service software.
  • A reliable home office setup, including a stable internet connection.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
