The Role

As a Customer Care Professional in our Monetary Banking Operations team, you'll be responsible for providing personalized support to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met with the utmost care and attention. You'll work closely with our customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to resolve complex issues, answer questions, and provide guidance on our products and services. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction, while also ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product specialists, risk management, and compliance teams, to ensure seamless customer experiences. - Analyze and resolve complex customer issues, using your analytical and problem-solving skills to find effective solutions. - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on new features, benefits, and regulatory requirements. - Work closely with external partners, including banks and financial institutions, to ensure smooth transactions and resolve any issues that may arise. - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying current with industry trends and best practices. - Contribute to process improvements, suggesting innovative solutions to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. - Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. - Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Strong computer literacy, with experience working with current internet technology and online platforms.

Additional Requirements

- This role is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the office. - Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings, with a focus on providing 24/7 customer support.
