Here's a glimpse into your role: * Develop and execute global customer success strategies that drive value realization, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customer support infrastructure, processes, and SOPs * Engage with customers to define requirements, identify opportunities, and invent new ways to exceed customer expectations * Track and monitor industry trends, customer research, and data to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth * Develop and launch customer support programs, operational excellence initiatives, and value realization initiatives to strengthen our value proposition * Solve ad hoc operational concerns, apply learnings across all customers, and drive continuous improvement Key Responsibilities * Develop and track customer success metrics to measure progress and drive business growth * Develop and hit monthly, quarterly, and annual goals to improve customer satisfaction and drive business results * Track and monitor industry trends, customer research, and data to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth * Develop operational excellence series and drive partner teams to deliver upon action items to improve customer experience * Parlay operational excellence outputs into value realization initiatives to strengthen our value proposition * Pursue new ideas for value creation and drive innovation across the organization * Solve ad hoc operational concerns, apply learnings across all customers, and drive continuous improvement Essential Qualifications * 10+ years of experience in customer-facing service, retail operations, and operational support * Strong quantitative skills to analyze data and use customer research, data, and metrics to back up assumptions, identify opportunities, and invent new ways to exceed customer expectations * Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to build and nurture relationships both internally and externally * Relentless customer obsession, with a strong desire to invent and simplify * Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team on multiple projects Preferred Qualifications * Ability to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in achieving goals * Proven ability to influence others and willingness to roll up your sleeves * Experience in sales in physical retail, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences * Meets/exceeds arenaflex's leadership principles requirements for this role * Meets/exceeds arenaflex's functional/technical depth and complexity for this role Inclusive Culture At arenaflex, we're committed to fostering an inclusive culture that empowers our employees to deliver the best results for our customers.
