Responsibilities

As a Web Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via web chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering top-notch service
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics related to productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate support
  • Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* First Contact Resolution (FCR) rate of 80% or higher

  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score of 90% or higher
  • Average Handling Time (AHT) of 5 minutes or less
  • Productivity rate of 95% or higher

Requirements

To succeed as a Web Chat Representative, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • A confident and dedicated personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively resolve customer issues
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and online chat platforms

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
