Key Responsibilities

As an EAP Worklife Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Greeting and welcoming EAP Worklife customers in a friendly and professional manner, setting the tone for a positive and supportive interaction
  • Responding to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and accurately, ensuring their satisfaction and promoting the well-being of our employees
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of arenaflex's products and services, including the EAP Worklife program, to provide expert guidance and support
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues in a timely manner, demonstrating a proactive and solution-focused approach
  • Communicating effectively with EAP Worklife customers through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat, to meet their needs and preferences
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient and effective customer service, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration
  • Staying updated on industry trends and changes in policies and procedures related to EAP Worklife services, ensuring our employees receive the best possible support
  • Documenting and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries, ensuring compliance with company standards and guidelines
  • Promoting the well-being of arenaflex's employees by providing support and resources through the EAP Worklife program, demonstrating a commitment to employee well-being

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work, human resources) preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a proactive and solution-focused approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and meet productivity standards
