A Day in the Life
Imagine working for your favorite brand, driving consumer sales, and providing exceptional customer service. As an arenaflex Customer Service and Sales Representative, you'll have the chance to do just that. Here's a glimpse into your day:
- 10:00 am - 12:00 pm: Product knowledge training in-office, where you'll learn about the latest products and services from top Telecommunication brands.
- 1:00 pm - 6:30 pm: You'll operate as a retail vendor, approaching customers, learning their needs, and setting up devices for them.
- Lead product training for Big Box retail associates, sharing your expertise and helping others succeed.

Job Description
As an arenaflex Customer Service and Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Selling products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
- Maintaining professional interactions with customers and fellow employees.
- Meeting or exceeding personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
- Courteously welcoming customers and offering assistance.
- Directing customers to displays, assessing their needs, and suggesting products that fit those needs.
- Advising customers on products and services, helping them make informed decisions.
- Accurately documenting and reporting sales, contributing to team efforts as needed.
- Ensuring workstations and kiosks are clean, well-organized, and presentable at all times.
- Submitting paperwork accurately and completely.
Performance Measurements
Your success will be measured by:
- Regular and prompt attendance.
- Meeting established monthly and weekly sales quotas and goals.
- Customer/client satisfaction, based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- An associate's degree or equivalent.
- Six (6) months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
- Personal vehicle (required).
Job Details
* Schedule: Full-time, Thursday-Monday, 10:30 am - 7:00 pm.
- Pay: Weekly + Performance Bonus.
