Key Responsibilities:
As a Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer queries via live chat, email, or other messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner
- Understanding customer needs and providing accurate information, solutions, or escalation as needed
- Maintaining a high level of written communication and professionalism in all interactions
- Working closely with internal teams (sales, technical, etc.) to resolve customer concerns and improve the support process
- Accurately logging customer interactions and feedback using internal CRM tools or support platforms
- Identifying and reporting common issues or trends to improve processes and the customer experience
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in chat or customer support is preferred
- Strong written communication skills in English are essential
